Boarder's Tackroom

Boarders have access to a private tackroom where lockers are available for tack and supplies.  Boarders are also welcome to bring one tack truck to sit in the aisle way by their stall.

Rennovation plans are in place to offer boarders a larger space for equipment and supplies--stay tuned for details!

Pastures

Don't want to sit in the winter cold while you watch your daughter's lesson?  We didn't think so!  The lounge offers clients and family members the opportunity to watch a lesson in comfort or as a place for clients to hang out after a ride.  It features a large window overlooking the indoor arena, is heated in winter and is equipped with a fridge, microwave and cofee pot.

Trails

Need to get out of the ring and explore the beautiful Maryland countryside?  From Reflecting Heaven Stables, one can directly access miles of trails, open fields and state maintained trails, including Meadow Mountain Trail (11 miles of trail), Asa Durst Trails (5 miles of trail) and West Shale Road trails (5 miles of trail).

On Site Professionals

Reflecting Heaven Stables believes in the physical and mental benefits of frequent turn out.  It features 7 acres of fenced pasture land.  Fencing is poly-coat electric wire which has a high level of flexibility and is coated with a rubber-like material to absorb shock and reduce the risk of laceration.  The pasture is divided into four seperate portions--3 smaller paddocks for individual or small group turn out and one large, multi-acre field for herd turnout.  Plans are in place to fence in an additional 7 acre field in the near future.

Wash Stalls

At Reflecting Heaven Stables, there is always a way to keep your horse clean and tidy. The barn features an indoor wash stall with hot and cold water and a two-bay outdoor wash stall for summer use.

The barn also has three aisleway based cross tie stations for grooming and tacking up.

Jon and Joe are the owners, managers and instructors at RHS.  The brother duo are always on hand to answer questions, work with a horse or instruct a rider.  Both Jon and Joe live on property, so there is always someone close at hand if a problem arises.
